For a FREE Confidential Consultation
You don’t have to lose your home! There is an alternative that can quickly eliminate your stress and frustration. You can save your home. The purpose of this Special Report is to provide you with answers to the most frequently asked questions about saving your home from foreclosure.
Q: I’m in foreclosure, how can I save my home?
A: Our company specializes in helping homeowners in foreclosure save
their homes. If you qualify, we pay off your current mortgage then
you make monthly payment to us.
Q: I have BAD credit. Can I qualify?
A: Yes, we realize that bad things sometimes happen to good people. Often
this is just a temporary set back. We are committed to helping you start
over again and helping you save your home even if you have bad credit
Q: Does it cost anything to get qualified?
A: It cost you nothing! Once we sit down together, you fill out a short
application. From there, we determine if you qualify for one of our
programs. Best of all, this is done without any expense.
Q: What if I have liens against the property?
(IRS, tax, 2nd mortgage, vendors, etc)
A: The liens must be paid off. However, we pay off all these liens
providing there is enough equity in your home.
Q: What will my new payment amount be?
A: There are too many different factors that determine your payment to
give you an answer here. But in most cases, it is possible to reduce
your monthly payment.
Q: When will the first payment be due?
A: Typically, your first payment will be due 30 days after closing. If
necessary, you can change the day of the month your payment is due.
Q: Can I get additional cash to pay other bills?
A: Yes you can. That amount will be determined by the equity in your home.
Please note, if you get cash back, your monthly payment will increase .
Q: How long does the whole process take?
A: If you provide all the documents requested in a timely manner, it will
typically takes less than a week.
Q: The foreclosure sale is next week! Can you help me?
A: Yes. Once all requested documents are received, we will be able
to give you a decision within 24 hours, sometimes faster. Then we
contact your current mortgage company and/or the attorney in charge of
the foreclosure and request a delay in your foreclosure. Because of our
working relationships with the mortgage companies, usually they will
delay the foreclosure allowing us time to complete the transaction.
Q: Could we NOT stop the foreclosure?
A: Yes, unfortunately this does sometimes happen. The best way to avoid
this is by communicating with your mortgage company and their atty.
Let them know your plans. Give them our name and phone number in
case they have any questions. When they don’t hear from you, they
automatically assume you are not planning to do anything to save your
home. The longer you wait the harder it will be to stop the foreclosure.
Q: Can’t I just file bankruptcy to stop the foreclosure?
A: Yes, filing bankruptcy will stop the foreclosure process – but only
temporarily. Bankruptcy is NOT a cure to your problems – it will only
add to them. By filing bankruptcy, you may get further behind in
your payments. Eventually, you may be at the point of no return –
where it will be impossible to save your home. A bankruptcy will be a
blemish on your credit report for a long, long time.
Consider Your Alternatives
